If you are experiencing voice dropout:
Make sure you have enough internet bandwidth available to allow the system to communicate efficiently if there is other users on your internet connection, they may have to reduce their usage during the phone call.
If you are experiencing issues with a dead phone:
We suggest unplug power to the module for a few seconds and restart unit, it will take about 3 minutes to become live again.
